The Kirloskar Green Silent Diesel Generating Sets
(DG Sets) manufactured by Industrial Equipments Company and Green Field Enterprises are powered with diesel engines manufactured by Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Pune and are coupled with Kirloskar
Green/Stamford/Leroy Somer alternators. The DG sets
are available from 5 KVA to 625 KVA in solo and multiple
synchronised options for higher outputs.
The manufacturing plants are spread over an area of 90, 000 sq. ft.They are equipped with the latest technology to manufacture and fabricate the best quality acoustic enclosures.

Major DG Set components including mounting frames, fuel tanks, and control panels are being manufactured in-house. It has state-of-the-art fabrication shop consisting of the world renowned AMADA, TRUMPF CNC Machines.
All sheet metal components are pre-treated through the nine tank pre-treatment plant prior to powder coating. The generating sets are assembled, inspected and tested in conformation to the parameters including load, noise and temperature rise in line with CPCB guidelines under notification no. GSR 371 (E) of Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India.
